Stephanie Hurder

Stephanie Hurder joined The Boston Consulting Group's Los Angeles office in 2014. She is currently an ambassador to the BCG Henderson Institute, supporting BCG fellows on numerous projects in the People and Organization practice.

Stephanie has done significant work in organizational effectiveness, transformation, workforce planning, and education. Case examples include a strategic and operations benchmarking study for a large Los Angeles charter school network, organizational restructuring for a global engineering and construction firm, and strategic workforce planning for a global technology company. Stephanie was one of 30 consulting staff globally selected for the pilot of BCG's worldwide advanced analytics training.

Prior to BCG, Stephanie was an academic economist, most recently at the MIT Sloan School of Management.
