Yoichi Kitada leads The Boston Consulting Group’s Financial Institutions practice in Japan and is a core member of the firm's global Financial Institutions practice. He is also active in the People & Organization practice. Within financial services, he has acquired special expertise in corporate and investment banking, retail banking, and wealth management. He also has experience in mid-term business planning, M&A strategy, marketing strategy, organizational capacity, and new business strategy.

Prior to joining BCG, Yoichi was project manager for an e-commerce unit of Sanwa Bank (now Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ).
