Pascal Cotte is a core member of Boston Consulting Group’s Operations and Industrial Goods practices and a member of the firm's Executive Committee. He is a past chairman of BCG’s Western Europe, South America, and Africa region, as well as a past head of the Paris/North Africa/Israel system, European leader of the Operations practice, and global leader of the sourcing and lean topics. 

Since joining BCG in 1990, Pascal has been involved in many strategic and operational cases, primarily focusing on large-scale transformations at large industrial companies. 

In his work with clients, Pascal has helped develop growth strategies, performance improvement plans, and global manufacturing and sourcing strategies, as well as reengineering operations for project-based industries. 

Prior to joining BCG, Pascal worked as a senior consultant in management information systems for Arthur Andersen.
