Shilpa Patel is a core member of the Health Care, the Consumer, and the Marketing, Sales & Pricing practices at The Boston Consulting Group. She is also a member of BCG’s Social Impact Practice Network (SIPN).
Since joining BCG in 2008, Shilpa has focused her client work on commercial biopharma and consumer health care. Her case experience ranges across many topics that include strategy, organization, marketing effectiveness and efficiency, digital marketing, capability development, transformation, and postmerger integration.
Prior to joining BCG, Shilpa was a principal with Marakon Associates. She was also a brand manager at Procter & Gamble in health and beauty care.
