Value Science Center
BCG ValueScience Center develops and provides advanced valuation techniques for M&A and corporate strategy applications. The Center combines proprietary discounted cash flow models developed by The Boston Consulting Group with proprietary relative valuation multiple models developed by ValueScience Corporation. By combining discounted cash flow value analysis with relative multiple analysis, companies can gain deeper insights into valuations of prospective M&A targets, share repurchases, investments, and company or business-area strategic plans.

The Center provides valuation analyses and tools to large corporations through The Boston Consulting Group, and to midsize and smaller corporations directly through BCG ValueScience Center.
