David Martin, project leader, joined the BCG Dallas office in 2009. His project experiences at BCG span TMT, Luxury Consumer Goods, Retail, and Health Care, with particular emphasis on growth strategy cases. David has also worked in the BCG Paris office, as part of BCG’s Ambassador Program. Prior to joining BCG, David worked for Credit Suisse, building a software product within its Investment Banking Division. David received his Bachelors and MBA from Duke University, where he also earned three varsity letters playing football.
Lauren Taylor, project leader, joined the Dallas office of The Boston Consulting Group in 2007 and returned in 2010 after attending business school. She holds an MBA with distinction from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management, where she was a leader in the Students’ Association and Women’s Business Association. Lauren also earned a BBA and BA with honors from Southern Methodist University, with majors in Accounting and Economics. Lauren’s work at BCG has focused on retail and consumer goods, primarily travel and tourism and restaurants. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, scuba diving, and baking.
Scott Stemberger, partner and managing director, Dallas, joined The Boston Consulting Group in 2004. While at BCG, Scott has primarily worked in communications & technology across a range of topics, including new business launch, growth strategy, operational improvement, and sales force effectiveness. Prior to BCG Scott worked with Sprint Corporation, The Boeing Company, and a venture-backed internet services firm. Scott holds a BA in psychology with a concentration in business from the University of Virginia, an MS in information systems from the George Washington University, and an MBA from the Darden School at the University of Virginia where he received the C. Stewart Sheppard Award. In his leisure time, Scott enjoys playing golf (badly), marathon training, and spending time with his family.
Kathryn joined BCG Texas in 2007 and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Texas A&M University. Prior to BCG, she worked as an Assistant Buyer for a jewelry company. In her free time, Kathryn enjoys running, cooking, and any activity that involves being on the water.
Brittany joined BCG after she graduated from Texas A&M University in 2008. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Food Science & Technology degree along with a minor in Business Administration. Her hobbies include playing tennis, traveling to new places, and any activity that involves being outdoors.
Ashley joined BCG after she graduated from Texas A&M University in 2010. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in English degree with a minor in Business Administration. In her free time, Ashley enjoys traveling, dancing, and reading.
Taylor joined BCG in October 2012 after graduating from the University of Texas. She holds a BA in Anthropology and minor in English. She loves reading, basketball, cycling and being outdoors.
Morgan Davis, Associate, Dallas joined BCG in 2012. He graduated from Brigham Young University with a BS in Business Strategy. Prior to joining BCG he worked for the Kickstart Seed Fund, a Utah-based VC fund, and Innosight, an innovation consulting firm, from its Singapore office. He enjoys spending time with his family, fly fishing, and reading.
Susan joined BCG as a Consultant in 2008 and was promoted to Project Leader in 2010. While at BCG, Susan has worked primarily in the Health Care and Financial Services sector.
Prior to BCG, Susan worked for six years at Northern Trust Company as an Investment Risk Consultant and as a Business Analyst. At Northern Trust company, Susan was promoted to 2nd Vice President and earned the CFA charter. Susan has also worked with the Chicago Public Schools and helped found a charter high school in Chicago.
Susan holds a Master of Business Administration with honors from Duke University with a certification in Health Sector Management. She graduated summa cum laude from Valparaiso University where she received a bachelor's degree in Decision Sciences.
