Neil Pardasani, partner, Los Angeles, received his Masters in Business Administration with Distinction from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and earned his Bachelors degree in Business Economics and Accounting with Honors from the University of California, Los Angeles.
Neil is an active member of BCG’s financial services and Technology, Media and Telecommunications practices. He works extensively in the areas of strategy, organizational alignment, marketing/sales, and operations/IT. Neil joined BCG in 2003 after several years as senior consultant at Deloitte Consulting where he focused on advising clients on business operations and IT strategy topics. He also spent time working in the Mergers and Acquisitions group at Goldman Sachs.
Neil enjoys gardening, traveling, and outdoor sports.
Megan Lyon, project leader, Los Angeles, earned her MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and received a Bachelor’s degree in Managerial Economics from the University of California, Davis. Prior to BCG, Megan worked for the E&J Galo Winery in a variety of finance roles. Megan joined BCG full time in 2007, after being a summer consultant in 2006. Her project work to date has focused on consumer goods companies with a functional emphasis on marketing and sales, as well as market entry strategy.
Scott Davis, principal, Atlanta, joined The Boston Consulting Group in 2003 after receiving his MBA with honors from The Wharton School. Scott received his BS degree summa cum laude in textile chemistry from Auburn University. He is a member of the Healthcare Practice Area and global lead of the LGBT Network.
Since joining BCG, Scott has worked on projects in retail, automotive, durable consumer goods, information technology and healthcare. Prior to joining BCG, Scott worked for Taconic, Prada's Jil Sander group and Springs Industries in various management roles. Scott joined BCG to have the opportunity to work with dynamic, fun and interesting individuals as well as to deliver insight and impact to clients.
Susan joined BCG as a Consultant in 2008 and was promoted to Project Leader in 2010. While at BCG, Susan has worked primarily in the Health Care and Financial Services sector.
Prior to BCG, Susan worked for six years at Northern Trust Company as an Investment Risk Consultant and as a Business Analyst. At Northern Trust company, Susan was promoted to 2nd Vice President and earned the CFA charter. Susan has also worked with the Chicago Public Schools and helped found a charter high school in Chicago.
Susan holds a Master of Business Administration with honors from Duke University with a certification in Health Sector Management. She graduated summa cum laude from Valparaiso University where she received a bachelor's degree in Decision Sciences.
