Meet Our Team
    • Neil Pardasani
    • Recruiting Partner
    • Neil Pardasani, partner, Los Angeles, received his Masters in Business Administration with Distinction from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and earned his Bachelors degree in Business Economics and Accounting with Honors from the University of California, Los Angeles.

      Neil is an active member of BCG’s financial services and Technology, Media and Telecommunications practices. He works extensively in the areas of strategy, organizational alignment, marketing/sales, and operations/IT. Neil joined BCG in 2003 after several years as senior consultant at Deloitte Consulting where he focused on advising clients on business operations and IT strategy topics. He also spent time working in the Mergers and
      Acquisitions group at Goldman Sachs.

      Neil enjoys gardening, traveling, and outdoor sports.

    • Recruiting Lead
    • Elisa is a graduate of English Literature and Language from Hull University, U.K., and also studied Business Information Management after her graduation. She transferred from the Milan office (where she was part of the Knowledge Group - Consumer practice) to the Los Angeles office in 2005, where she currently has the title of Recruiting Lead. Outside work her interests include literature and rock music, and in her spare time she enjoys swimming in the ocean.
    • Rachel Swift
    • Recruiting Director, Associates
    • Rachel is a Project Leader in the Los Angeles office, focusing on health care providers and global health. She has extensive experience working in the public sector with government clients and has worked in Australia, New Zealand, South East Asia, the Nordics, Africa, the UK and across the US.

      Rachel joined BCG in the Sydney office in 2008, in 2012 Rachel was an Ambassador to the Washington DC office and in 2013 Rachel took a social impact LOA with the Clinton Health Access Initiative (CHAI). Here she worked with the CEO, on new health care initiatives in Africa including nutrition programs and establishing Public Private Partnerships. Rachel has direct experience working with the governments and businesses in Burundi, Rwanda, DRC, Ethiopia, Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania and Zambia.

      Rachel has a doctorate in Clinical Medicine from The University of Oxford, where she was a Rhodes Scholar. She also has degrees in Arts (Politics, Environmental Studies), Science (Molecular Biology) and a Biochemistry First Class Honours degree for which she received a University Prize. Prior to BCG,worked as a project manager for the Deputy Vice-Chancellor at the University of Adelaide, research assistant at the Australian Stem Cell Center and in teaching positions at the Universities of Oxford and Adelaide. She was a high-school biology teacher at Magdalen College School in Oxford.

    • School Specialist
    • Since starting at BCG as an associate in 2012, Sasi has worked on a variety of industries including financial services, energy, insurance, industrial goods, automotives and consumer retail and picked up valuable experience in business analysis, strategy, corporate development, marketing & sales and governance. From launching a luxury car, to helping banks deal with the after-effects of the largest financial crisis in recent history, his experiences have been every bit intellectually challenging, as they have been fun. He has a passion for meeting new people and looks forward to recruiting the best and brightest to join BCG.

For full-time employment beginning fall 2015:
Between September 3rd and 17th, 2014, interested senior and second-year master degree candidates should apply via our Claremont Colleges online application. Any applications received outside these dates will not be considered. A complete application consists of the following:

  • Resume

  • Cover letter

  • Undergraduate transcripts and GPA

  • SAT scores broken down between math and verbal or ACT score


For our internship program beginning summer 2015:
Between January 13th and January 27th, 2015, interested junior and first-year master degree candidates should apply via our Claremont Colleges online application. Any applications received outside these dates will not be considered. A complete application consists of the following:

  • Resume

  • Cover letter

  • Undergraduate transcripts and GPA

  • SAT scores broken down between math and verbal or ACT score
