Neil Pardasani, partner, Los Angeles, received his Masters in Business Administration with Distinction from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and earned his Bachelors degree in Business Economics and Accounting with Honors from the University of California, Los Angeles.
Neil is an active member of BCG’s financial services and Technology, Media and Telecommunications practices. He works extensively in the areas of strategy, organizational alignment, marketing/sales, and operations/IT. Neil joined BCG in 2003 after several years as senior consultant at Deloitte Consulting where he focused on advising clients on business operations and IT strategy topics. He also spent time working in the Mergers and
Acquisitions group at Goldman Sachs.
Neil enjoys gardening, traveling, and outdoor sports.
Rachel is a Project Leader in the Los Angeles office, focusing on health care providers and global health. She has extensive experience working in the public sector with government clients and has worked in Australia, New Zealand, South East Asia, the Nordics, Africa, the UK and across the US.
Rachel joined BCG in the Sydney office in 2008, in 2012 Rachel was an Ambassador to the Washington DC office and in 2013 Rachel took a social impact LOA with the Clinton Health Access Initiative (CHAI). Here she worked with the CEO, on new health care initiatives in Africa including nutrition programs and establishing Public Private Partnerships. Rachel has direct experience working with the governments and businesses in Burundi, Rwanda, DRC, Ethiopia, Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania and Zambia.
Rachel has a doctorate in Clinical Medicine from The University of Oxford, where she was a Rhodes Scholar. She also has degrees in Arts (Politics, Environmental Studies), Science (Molecular Biology) and a Biochemistry First Class Honours degree for which she received a University Prize. Prior to BCG,worked as a project manager for the Deputy Vice-Chancellor at the University of Adelaide, research assistant at the Australian Stem Cell Center and in teaching positions at the Universities of Oxford and Adelaide. She was a high-school biology teacher at Magdalen College School in Oxford.
