Meet Our Team
    • Neil Pardasani
    • Recruiting Partner

    • Neil Pardasani, partner, Los Angeles, received his Masters in Business Administration with Distinction from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and earned his Bachelors degree in Business Economics and Accounting with Honors from the University of California, Los Angeles.

      Neil is an active member of BCG’s financial services and Technology, Media and Telecommunications practices. He works extensively in the areas of strategy, organizational alignment, marketing/sales, and operations/IT. Neil joined BCG in 2003 after several years as senior consultant at Deloitte Consulting where he focused on advising clients on business operations and IT strategy topics. He also spent time working in the Mergers and
      Acquisitions group at Goldman Sachs.

      Neil enjoys gardening, traveling, and outdoor sports.

    • Elisa is a graduate of English Language and Literature from Hull University, U.K., and also has a masters in Business Information Management. She transferred from the Milan office (where she was part of the Knowledge Group - Consumer practice) to the Los Angeles office in 2005 where she currently has the title of Recruiting Coordinator. Her recruiting activities for BCG focus primarily on UCLA Anderson, Caltech and the Claremont Colleges. Outside work her interests include literature and music, and in her spare time she enjoys walking on the beach, and watching soccer.

For full-time employment beginning fall 2013:
Between September 14th and September 28, 2012, interested senior and second-year master degree candidates should apply via our Claremont Colleges online application. Any applications received outside these dates will not be considered. A complete application consists of the following:

  • Resume

  • Cover letter

  • Undergraduate transcripts and GPA

  • SAT scores broken down between math and verbal or ACT score


For our internship program beginning summer 2013:
Between January 11th and January 25th, 2013, interested junior and first-year master degree candidates should apply via our Claremont Colleges online application. Any applications received outside these dates will not be considered. A complete application consists of the following:

  • Resume

  • Undergraduate transcripts and GPA

  • SAT scores broken down between math and verbal or ACT score
