Meet Our Team
    • Paul Linton
    • Recruiting Partner
    • Paul joined BCG in 2000. He received his MBA with distinction from the University of Michigan's Ross School of Business and earned his BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Florida. At BCG, he has spent the majority of his time working with retail and consumer goods clients. Prior to joining BCG, he spent 5 years with Motorola, Inc. where he developed PC microprocessors and designed and deployed wireless communications systems.

    • Kelly joined BCG in 2005. Prior to joining the recruiting team, she was a Project Leader in BCG’s Washington, D.C. office. She received her MBA from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and a BS in Commerce from the University of Virginia. Prior to joining BCG, she worked at American Express and Deloitte.

    • Recruiting Coordinator
    • Sarah joined BCG in 2010. She supports the Associate and Consultant recruiting programs for the Washington, D.C. office. She received her BS in Kinesiology from Towson University. Prior to joining BCG, she worked in recruiting for various law firms in the Washington, D.C. area.

    • Bryan has worked primarily with public sector and social impact clients. He graduated from the University of Virginia’s McIntire School of Commerce in 2009 with a BS in Commerce and concentrations in Accounting and International Business.
    • Rachel Miller
    • School Specialist, Associate
    • Since joining BCG's Washington, D.C. office in 2010, Rachel has worked primarily with consumer and public sector clients. She graduated from the University of Virginia with a BS in Commerce with concentrations in Finance and Marketing, as well as a minor in Spanish. Prior to joining BCG, she interned in the Market Insight and Strategy division of Eastman Chemical Company and worked with the former CEO of Circuit City on his manuscript about the rise and fall of Circuit City.

    • Recruiting Director, Black and Latino Initiative
    • John Burt is responsible for Associate and Consultant diversity recruiting efforts across BCG’s North America region. Before joining BCG, he co-founded MBA JumpStart, a career-advisory and consulting firm, and at Eli Lilly went from Financial Analyst to CFO of a $2 billion U.S. business unit. He also worked as a Consultant at Hewlett Packard and at Booz Allen Hamilton. He holds a BS in Finance from Indiana University and an MBA from Duke University.
    • Susan Hazard
    • Women's Initiative Captain
    • Susan joined BCG as a Consultant in 2008 and was promoted to Project Leader in 2010.  While at BCG, Susan has worked primarily in the Health Care and Financial Services sector.

      Prior to BCG, Susan worked for six years at Northern Trust Company as an Investment Risk Consultant and as a Business Analyst.  At Northern Trust company, Susan was promoted to 2nd Vice President and earned the CFA charter. Susan has also worked with the Chicago Public Schools and helped found a charter high school in Chicago.

      Susan holds a Master of Business Administration with honors from Duke University with a certification in Health Sector Management. She graduated summa cum laude from Valparaiso University where she received a bachelor's degree in Decision Sciences.
