Knut Olav Rød is a core member of the Corporate Development, the Industrial Goods, the Financial Institutions, and the People & Organization practices at The Boston Consulting Group. He is also an active member of the firm's Energy practice.

Knut Olav is leads BCG's People & Organization practice in the Nordic region and coleads the firm's Principal Investors & Private Equity practice in Norway. His client work has focused on strategy, large-scale transformations, and M&A.

His recent projects have included larger transformations and change programs, such as profit-improvement programs, PMIs, reorganizations, 100-days programs, and business building projects.

Knut Olav regularly gives lectures on strategy and M&A, and he has cowritten reports on key strategic topics.
