Jeanie Daniel Duck, an alumna of The Boston Consulting Group, earned the Lifetime Achievement Award from Consulting magazine in 2008 for her work helping clients create exceptional impact. She was also honored with a Top 25 Consultant award from the magazine in 2002.

Jeanie joined BCG in 1988 as a partner and retired in July of 2008. She continues to advise the firm and its clients.

Jeanie is a world-renowned expert in the field of change management and has more than 30 years of experience working with organizations in transition. Her focus has always been on the human side of change, working to ensure that desired outcomes are achieved with the least friction and disruption possible—and in the shortest amount of time.

Jeanie is the best-selling author of The Change Monster: The Human Forces That Fuel or Foil Corporate Transformation and Change. She has published numerous articles for BCG and the Harvard Business Review.

Before BCG, Jeanie owned her own consulting firm in Minneapolis, advising a wide variety of businesses ranging from health care firms to large manufacturing companies and financial services firms.

Jeanie has taught at the University of Alabama in Birmingham and the Pratt Institute in New York, where she earned her master’s degree.
