Linda Zou is a core member of The Boston Consulting Group's Consumer and Global Advantage practices, and a member of the firm’s Consumer practice digital taskforce. 

Since joining in 2013, Linda has primarily focuses on clients in the retail industry. She is experienced in a wide range of topics for retailers, including strategy development, digital commerce, category management, procurement, pricing and promotions, and transformation. She has also led large-scale programs with retailers around the world. 

Prior to BCG, Linda was a public sector consultant and set up large-scale transformation programs in developing countries.
