Adam Ikdal has more than 25 years of experience serving leading institutions across Europe, the US, and Africa. His focus is on clients in Boston Consulting Group’s Financial Institutions practice and in the insurance industry as a whole. Adam was the head of the BCG Norway for five years and has been the head of BCG South Africa for the last five years.
Adam’s main area of expertise is running large scale improvement efforts with the aim of significantly shifting the improvement trajectory. He is currently advising many CEOs of leading institutions in Africa and serving clients across Sub-Saharan Africa. He previously was an Officer in the Norwegian Armed Forces.
