Akhil Puri is a transformation expert and core member of the TURN practice at Boston Consulting Group. He is responsible for driving large-scale business transformation and turnaround programs for clients in Greater China. He has led transformations in industries including automotive, industrial, pharmaceuticals, health care, fast-moving consumer goods, and financial services.

Akhil has expertise in digital and industry 4.0 tools and applies a think-big mindset to his client engagements on value creation. He is the Asia-Pacific node for the firm’s working capital/liquidity improvement offering and focuses on leveraging strategic growth, digital, cash, and operational levers to deliver sustained business impact and enhanced total shareholder returns (TSR).

Before joining BCG, Akhil had diverse experiences as a partner at EY India, head of KKR Capstone for India, member of TPG(S) Operations team in SE Asia, and held senior leadership positions at General Motors and Unilever.
