Alejandro Mayer has been with Boston Consulting Group since 2008. He is a leader in BCG’s global Technology, Media & Telecommunications practice area. He leads the enterprise software and SaaS applications segment, and leads the West Coast Technology, Media & Telecommunications practice at the firm.

Alejandro’s expertise is focused on revenue growth, go-to-market and pricing topics, and driving large-scale transformation for technology companies. His recent client work has centered around helping our SaaS clients with pricing model innovation, value selling programs for sales and customer success organizations, and operating model changes to improve return on R&D investments.

Prior to joining BCG, Alejandro worked as a software developer and in IT strategy in both Europe and South America.
