Ali Garshasbi is a core member of Boston Consulting Group's Technology Advantage practice and primarily focuses on large-scale digital and agile transformations. Prior to transferring to the Johannesburg office, Ali spent two years at BCG’s Chicago office.

Ali has extensive experience supporting large-scale agile transformations for global corporations. He is well-versed in agile methodologies and frameworks such as scrum, kanban, scaled agile framework (SAFe), disciplined agile delivery (DAD), and large scale scrum (less). In recent years, Ali has worked extensively with global corporations on large-scale agile transformations. Recently, Ali led the design and initiation of a two-year enterprise-wide transformation program for a global financial institution in the US. One of his recent engagements in South Africa was helping a large insurer pilot agile in three of its business units and prepare to scale it across the organization.

Most recently, Ali has helped a number of clients in the financial services industry develop winning strategies and grow their businesses by targeting new segments of the market and offering innovative products that address the constantly changing needs of the market. Ali has also worked extensively on ingraining innovation in his clients’ organizations.
