Alice de Chalendar joined Boston Consulting Group in January 2016. Her work is focused in the health care, telecommunications, and banking industries. Alice is on secondment to the BCG Henderson Institute where she is involved in researching the Future of Work in partnership with the Harvard Business School.
In her recent client work, Alice designed the European strategy of an industrial conglomerate in energy markets, provided support for the termination of a European joint venture between two global pharmaceutical companies, designed the business strategy of a governing body in professional football, and developed a front line leadership playbook for a French banking group to improve performance in a context of accelerated digitization.
Before joining the firm, Alice worked as a marketing manager for a French catering group.
