Ruslan Alikhanov joined BCG in 2018 and is currently Head of TURN, BCG’s transformation and turnaround practice, for Russia and the Commonwealth of Independent States.

In his more than 20 years of professional experience, Ruslan has gained expertise in corporate restructuring, asset management, organizational redesign, and streamlining of governance models. He has implemented dozens of large-scale projects in the transportation and logistics; technology, media, and telecommunications; agribusiness; financial; energy; and other sectors.

Prior to joining the firm, Ruslan was President of Argo Investment Company, managing turnaround projects and assets in logistics, TMT, agribusiness, and tourism. Before that, he was President and CEO of FESCO, a leading private transportation company in Central and Eastern Europe, where his responsibilities included the development and implementation of a debt restructuring strategy. Before that, he was a Partner at McKinsey & Company, involved in the Financial Services and Commodities industry practices.
