Amit Ganeriwalla is a core member of The Boston Consulting Group’s Industrial Goods and Operations practices. He leads BCG’s global work in supply chain management, and the firm’s materials and process industries sector in Asia-Pacific. He also leads BCG TURN in Asia-Pacific. BCG TURN helps clients deliver rapid, visible performance improvements in the short term while strengthening their organizations and positioning them to win in the future.

Since joining BCG in 2008, Amit has advised clients on strategic and operational issues across a range of industries such as industrial goods, energy, and telecommunications. His experience spans family-owned businesses, public-sector organizations, and large multinational corporations across locations.

Amit believes organizations generate sustainable value by using their strategic agenda to achieve excellence in operations and execution. He works with his clients’ CEOs and leadership teams to develop such capabilities across the value chain.

Before joining BCG, Amit was a senior manager with Accenture.
