Andrés Anavi is the leader of Boston Consulting Group's Digital practice for Spanish-speaking South America, and the co-leader of Customer Experience for Western Europe and South America.

In recent years, he has focused on supporting leading companies in the financial services and retail sectors in their digital transformation processes. Andrés has considerable expertise in end-to-end customer journeys, digital innovations, and agile ways of working.

Before joining BCG, Andrés worked in the Investment Bank Division of Citibank N.A., Buenos Aires.
