Andy Jiang is a core member of the Consumer Goods practice area for Boston Consulting Group in Greater China. Many of his projects are with retail and fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) companies and his focus is on digital and strategic planning. Andy has worked with clients across Greater China on topics including growth strategy, digital marketing, and organization.

Specifically, Andy has recently worked with clients to analyze major e-commerce channels, identify key digital marketing levers, and improve supply chain management. He helped companies identify key cities to enter based on consumption power of target consumers and readiness of retail infrastructure, and developed store expansion footprint accordingly.
