Ania Levina joined Boston Consulting Group in 2016 after earning her PhD in chemistry. Drawing upon her passion for biochemical sciences, Ania became active in the Health Care practice area at BCG, where she focuses on major biotech and pharma companies. Currently she is on ambassadorship at the BCG Henderson Institute Strategy Lab in New York.

Within her work in the health care industry, Ania has helped her clients address a wide range of challenges, mainly focusing on research and development. Her recent work includes regulatory strategy development for asset carveout and integration for a global pharmaceutical company. She has also supported IMO set-up for an R&D future development model, R&D process redesign, and clinical data management optimization for a number of BCG’s health care clients.

Prior to joining BCG, while completing her doctoral work in organic chemistry, Ania authored an article on enantioselective organocatalysis published in Science and featured in various news outlets.
