Anton Kosach is a key member of Boston Consulting Group’s Energy practice, and a leader of the Climate & Sustainability practice for the Caspian region and CIS countries.

Since joining the firm in 2011, Anton has worked with oil and gas, and power clients on such topics as development, operational and organizational transformation, capex efficiency improvement, implementation of major capital investment projects, and renewables development.

Anton has led the implementation of a number of large-scale transformation programs for major vertically integrated and national companies, as well as projects related to organizational issues, preparation for IPO/privatization, PMI, and revision of operating models in oil and gas and power industries. For these client engagements, Anton has led multinational teams in Western Europe, Scandinavia, the Middle East, and the Caspian region.

Prior to joining BCG, Anton worked for Roland Berger Strategy Consultants and PwC.
