Arif Keleş is a core member of the Industrial Goods practice area at The Boston Consulting Group. He is also an expert with BCG TURN, which helps clients deliver rapid, visible performance improvements in the short term while strengthening their organizations and positioning them to win in the future.

Since joining the firm in 2017, Arif has worked on several projects for industrial goods clients and large Turkish holding groups. During these assignments, he covered a wide range of topics from corporate development and finance to portfolio strategies and turnarounds.

Prior to joining to BCG, Arif worked as an investment professional at Actera Group, the largest private equity firm in Turkey. He screened, executed, and monitored growth capital investments in the industrial goods, retail, financial services, health care and pharmaceutical industries.
