Chief Operating Officer
Artem Doubov is the Chief Operating Officer and head of finance, operations, and HR for the Russia and CIS system of The Boston Consulting Group. He is responsible for the financial planning and operational strategy of the offices in Moscow and Kazakhstan, which he develops collaboratively with the head of the office, regional leadership, and the local partner group.
Artem has deep experience managing organizations in the rapidly changing external environment of an emerging market. He has opened and closed business operations in several different countries and developed complex risk-mitigation strategies. Earlier in his career, Artem was a principal in BCG’s Industrial Goods practice, where he worked with clients in the metals and mining and petrochemical industries.
Prior to joining BCG in 2011, Artem spent more than eight years working in the US for A.T. Kearney, Inc. and Bridge Strategy Group, where his engagements focused on the public sector, industrial goods, operations, and procurement.
