Since joining Boston Consulting Group in 2012, Ben Istvan’s work has focused on consumer products, industrial goods, and sports business. Ben has deep experience driving growth strategy using BCG's Demand-Centric Growth approach, including designing/executing consumer research, building insights-based growth strategy, and translating strategy to growth-generating actions in brand communication, innovation, and activation.

Ben’s current focus is growth strategy and commercial operating model design for the packaged food and beverage industry. He is a member of the Consumer practice and DigitalBCG. Prior to joining BCG, Ben worked in financial restructuring and private equity at The Blackstone Group.
