Brad White is managing director at BrightHouse, a Boston Consulting Group company. BrightHouse is a global creative consultancy that pioneered the practice of helping organizations uncover their timeless purpose to grow their people, profits, and social impact.

Brad joined BCG's Atlanta office in 2001 and left in 2004 to start a marketing, innovation, and brand strategy consulting firm that was acquired by Prophet Brand Strategy, a global growth consultancy. Brad was a partner at Prophet for three years before returning to BCG in 2016, after the firm's acquisition of BrightHouse. He served as the COO of BrightHouse to help grow and scale the firm globally. In 2018, he moved to Berlin to open BrightHouse’s first office outside the US. He served as the BrightHouse president for Europe and the Middle East, opening offices in Berlin and Paris and expanding the BrightHouse business into the UK, the Nordics, and the Middle East. He returned to the US in 2020.

Brad’s focus is on helping BCG's global clients improve their business performance and societal impact by corporate purpose, embedding it into the organization, and using it to mobilize organizations. He has worked with many companies in the industrial goods, telecom, health care, and the public sector. He has deep experience working with CEOs and boards on purpose and culture, especially during strategy implementations and large- scale transformations.
