Brendan O’Mara is a senior expert in defense acquisition at Boston Consulting Group, providing direct client case team leadership and collaboration. He helps drive deep insights and overcome challenges supporting multiple US Government agencies and major acquisition programs. He is a key member of the firm’s Public Sector practice, and a leader for defense and security and operations and cost.

Brendan also provides strategic insights to business development and proposal efforts to capture long-term value. Before joining BCG, Brendan was Branch Head and Supervisory Contracting Officer for surface combatant shipbuilding contracts at the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) in Washington, DC.
