Since joining Boston Consulting Group in 1995, Carlos Barradas has worked with clients on strategic and transformation plans and projects, and he also has deep experience in implementation. His engagements have covered a wide range of sectors. 

Carlos Barradas is actively involved in the Financial Institutions practice, for which he is the Iberia lead, and also in the Energy, Health Care, Consumer, and Industrial Goods practices. 

Before joining BCG Carlos Barradas worked for four years at Banco Comercial Português, in the investment banking area, including capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, and privatizations.
