Carlos Barradas is a core member of The Boston Consulting Group’s Financial Institutions practice, and he leads the practice in Portugal, Spain, Angola and Nigeria.

Since joining BCG in 1995, Carlos has primarily worked with clients on strategic and transformation plans and projects, and he also has deep experience in implementation. His engagements have covered a wide range of sectors, including financial institutions, insurance, consumer goods, energy, and industrial goods.

Before joining BCG in 1995, Carlos Barradas worked for four years at Banco Comercial Português, in the investment banking area, including capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, and privatizations.
