Carlos Trad is a core member of the Consumer practice at Boston Consulting Group where he works mainly with FMCG companies and PE firms. Carlos’ international career has spanned multiple geographies, most recently in New York and London with BCG, and early on in Argentina and Chile. Carlos served as a BCG Ambassador from New York to London in 2015, and was honored as a BCG scholar in 2010. 

At BCG, Carlos has led over 40 projects. He has worked extensively with clients on topics such as digital transformation, big data, growth strategy, operations, organizational design, and M&A. His BCG work has taken him across the US, Europe, and Latin America; and across many industries and sectors, including technology, financial services, the public sector, pharma, and retail. In addition, he has collaborated closely with large private equity players on target due diligence efforts and on operations optimizations across sectors. 

Before becoming a consultant, Carlos led sales and marketing teams for some of the largest global wine groups in Latin America (Penaflor, Santa Rita Group).
