Carmen Perez is a core member of Boston Consulting Group’s Marketing, Sales & Pricing practice focusing on digital marketing and personalization. She works with her clients to define and implement personalized marketing strategies using advanced data analytics and artificial intelligence. Her work with data-driven customer management covers customer acquisition, churn management, cross/up sell, pricing, and default management. She works in multiple industries, most notably subscription businesses (including energy, telcos, and insurance).

Carmen also has experience in BCG’s Consumer Goods practice, having worked with clients in travel and tourism, retail, and packaged goods for over ten years. Additionally, Carmen is co-founder of City Confidential, a lifestyle/leisure start-up with over 150,000 high-value subscribers.
