Céline Boyer-Chammard joined Boston Consulting Group in 1997 and has held several different positions at the firm, including global director for the Insurance Center of Expertise. She previously worked in the Cologne and Boston offices before moving to Paris. Céline is a core member of the Financial Institutions, Insurance, Technology Advantage, and Social Impact practices. She is also the WESA leader for responsible finance, and digital and technology in insurance.

Céline works with her financial and insurance industry clients on large transformation projects, such as post-merger integration, agile at scale, AI and digital transformation, and new target operating model, as well as strategy projects covering strategic planning, partnership and acquisition strategy, and business/IT vision

Céline is committed to helping clients adhere to responsible investment strategy through implementation road mapping and project management support. She is an active member of Women@BCG and has a strong investment in career development activities, including as a career advisor, sponsor, and mentor for over 30 consultants from junior to senior level.
