Charline Wurzer is an ambassador at the BCG Henderson Institute working with Senior Partner Judith Wallenstein on the future of work and Senior Partner Nikolaus Lang on collaboration models in the digital age. Charline is a core group member of the firm’s Health Care and Global Advantage practices. She has been with BCG since 2015.
An experienced strategy consultant and former investment banker with extensive international work experience, Charline’s focus is on advising health care clients on business development, go-to-market, pricing, and digital business models.
Charline’s recent case experience includes developing an emerging market (Mexico and Brazil) growth strategy for a German animal-health company, designing a digital strategy for a US medtech player, and creating a go-to-market strategy and investor communications for a California-based biotech.
