Charlotte Degot is a member of BCG X, Boston Consulting Group’s tech build and design unit. She is the climate and sustainability lead for BCG X globally. In particular, she founded and is the global lead for the development of a patented solution: BCG CO2 AI, that aids corporations on their sustainability journeys. She is also a leader in the firm’s work in digital operations in consumer packaged goods. Her work for BCG X focuses on driving the design and delivery of AI-powered transformation programs. Her experience covers algorithms and software (data science/optimization), data management and governance, and business/process transformation and change management.
