Christian Orglmeister joined The Boston Consulting Group in February 2002. He is a core member of the firm’s Energy and Industrial Goods practices as well as of the global change-management and leadership and talent teams.

Christian has led and executed multiple family-business projects in various industries, including, in Brazil, a portfolio strategy for a family-owned conglomerate, CEO succession planning for a family-owned industrial company, and leadership succession planning and development for an industrial company. He has also led and executed many other projects centered on family governance structuring and succession planning.

Before joining BCG, Christian was a consultant at Arthur D. Little and a manager at A.T. Kearney, both in São Paulo. He also worked as a logistics solution manager for a start-up third-party logistics provider.
