Christopher Means joined Boston Consulting Group in 2014 and is a core member of BCG's Financial Institutions practice area. Christopher’s current focus is on digital and analytics, and he has expertise in payments, strategy, and digital transformation, among other topics. 

In his recent client work, Christopher has supported the design of the digital payments strategy for a major acquirer in Argentina, and supported the development and launch of the first P2P payments app in Chile. He has worked with financial institutions on post-merger integration, business model innovation, and pricing. Christopher has also worked with Industrial goods clients on pricing projects. 

Before joining the firm, Christopher worked for ten years at a boutique consulting firm in Santiago, where he was in charge of the project valuation team and gained experience in the energy, mining, and banking industries.
