Dr. Claus Dierksmeier is professor of globalization ethics at the University of Tübingen. His areas of expertise and academic work include political, economic, and religious philosophy with a particular focus on the theories of freedom and responsibility in the age of “globality.”
As academic director of the Humanistic Management Center and co-editor of the Humanism in Business book series (Palgrave/Macmillan) as well as of the Humanistic Management Journal (Springer), he is spearheading efforts toward a transformation of economics from a mechanistic to a humanistic paradigm. His work with BHI is focused on the strategic implications of humanistic management models.
