Damien Ho is a core member of Boston Consulting Group’s Insurance and Financial Institutions practices. He has expertise in credit cards, payments, wealth management, consumer and small business banking, life insurance, and other areas of financial services.

Damien works with clients, primarily in the Greater China region, on various digital and analytics topics, growth strategy and business model design, sales productivity, operations transformation, and large-scale program management.

Before coming to BCG, Damien worked in the Branch Banking & Wealth Management division of Citibank as an Assistant Manager.
