David Bronstein leads The Boston Consulting Group's private-equity topic for the Americas and is a member of the Financial Institutions practice. He joined the firm’s Chicago office in 1997, transferring to the Sydney office two years later, before returning to the U.S. in 2001.

David works with private-equity clients on due diligence and portfolio support projects across a variety of verticals, including financial services, business services, consumer, education, industrial goods, health care, and energy. In his work with financial services clients, he has focused on wealth management, asset management, retail banking, and payments. He has significant expertise in corporate development, operations improvement, and postmerger integrations.

David has been a key contributor to the Financial Services practice's annual Global Wealth reports. Before joining BCG, David was a financial analyst in BlackRock’s account management group in New York.
