Diego Bartels is a core member of the Industrial Goods and Global Advantage practice areas at The Boston Consulting Group.

Since joining BCG in 2010, Diego has worked extensively with companies along the value chain of natural resources industries (agribusiness, mining, and energy). He has supported clients on a wide range of topics, including strategic planning, organizational design, post-merger integration, sustainability, and commercial strategy.

Diego is deeply interested in the diversity of cultures in the world. He has worked in countries on every inhabited continent – Brazil, the US, Angola, Austria, South Korea, Australia, Bhutan, and Saudi Arabia – experiencing a wide variety of business environments and ways of thinking.

Prior to joining BCG, Diego was a Business Analyst at McKinsey & Company in Rio de Janeiro.
