Dmitri Angarov is a core member of Boston Consulting Group’s Financial Institutions practice.

Since joining BCG in 2010, Dmitri has led projects for numerous financial institutions covering topics such as corporate strategy development, new business launch, applied pricing systems, and cross-sales. He has also helped leading banks develop their integration blueprints, transform their business unit strategies, and optimize their governance models.

Beyond the financial sector, Dmitri has spent a considerable amount of time working with clients in nuclear energy. He also has extensive experience helping organizations navigate the post-merger integration process.

Prior to joining BCG, Dmitri worked as a consultant for A.T. Kearney in Moscow, where he assisted major public and private companies in the financial, energy, and transportation sectors. He was previously an associate director with the CIS FI credit ratings group of Fitch Ratings. Dmitri began his professional career as an analyst in the risk department of IMB (now Unicredit).
