Dmitry Golovinski is a core member of the Industrial Goods practice at Boston Consulting Group, where his work focuses on metallurgy and mining. He specializes in digital and organizational transformation, operational efficiency, and CAPEX management.

Since joining BCG in 2011, Dmitry has led multiple projects for leading Russian companies focusing on improving the efficiency of mining companies, implementing integrated production planning, merger and de-merger projects, CAPEX project management, asset commissioning, and developing new digital solutions for the industry.

Before joining the firm, Dmitry worked for Roland Berger Strategy Consultants as a senior consultant in the financial sector. He also worked as an SAP consultant, supporting sales of the company’s solutions.
