Donald Featherstone is a leader in BCG TURN, Boston Consulting Group’s special unit that helps CEO’s and business leaders deliver rapid, visible, and sustainable step-change improvement. He has over 25 years experience in corporate turnarounds, large-scale financial restructurings, interim management, and board mandates. He focuses on assisting public and private companies with complex capital structures, stakeholder negotiations, and the execution of operational transformation programs. Donald has worked on cross-border restructuring engagements in the EU, the US, and in emerging markets in South America, the Middle East, and Africa. 

Donald's industry experience is wide-ranging, including manufacturing, energy, shipping, construction, and retail. He works with companies, boards, and their stakeholders to restore corporate health and performance. Before joining the firm, he led the EMEIA restructuring practice at EY, and the European turnaround and restructuring practice at AlixPartners. 

Donald is a regular speaker at the London Business School on topics of turnaround and restructuring. A number of his previous engagements have been written up as case studies that form part of the business school’s curriculum.
