Donghyun (Dylan) Ko joined Boston Consulting Group in August 2009. He is a core member of the Technology, Media & Telecom (TMT) practice for Seoul, and has in-depth experience in semiconductors, display, and electronic materials. He is also a core member of the People & Organizations (POP) practice.

Donghyun leads projects involving semiconductor-related strategy, competitive analysis, and operations improvement for his clients in the high-tech industry. Recent client engagements have included developing an automotive semiconductor growth strategy and capability development plan, creating a foundry growth vision and strategy, and leading a mobile AP market study and related technology assessment (CPU, GPU, modem, connectivity chips).

In addition to his TMT experience, Donghyun also has led and participated in various organizational transformation topics such as corporate-wide organization redesign and key performance indicator (KPI) system innovation.

Prior to joining BCG, Donghyun worked for Samsung Electronics in the LCD department as a process engineer team leader.
