Xanthi Doubara is a core member of The Boston Consulting Group’s Automotive and Mobility sector team. She began her BCG career in the Dusseldorf office and is currently based in New York City. Xanthi is involved in driving the development of the BCG value proposition for the private and public sector on urban mobility in North America and Germany. From 2015 to 2017, she was seconded to the World Economic Forum in New York as the project manager for the BCG-WEF joint initiative on the Future of Urban and Autonomous Mobility. 

Xanthi is particularly focused on autonomous driving, mobility, and new business models in automotive. As part of her WEF work, she collaborated with the City of Boston on its autonomous vehicle strategy, including on-road testing. At BCG, she has led many automotive client projects covering digital transformation, market entry strategy, new business builds, and other topics. 

Xanthi is also a topic expert in the area of customer insight and has strong functional expertise in designing and executing qualitative and quantitative customer research. 

Xanthi is fluent in English, French, and Greek, along with her native German.
