Eddy is Asia-Pacific leader of Boston Consulting Group’s People & Organization practice. He has deep experience advising senior management on strategy, organization, and transformation.
Eddy has supported BCG’s clients across a broad range of people-and-organization topics, including organization design, performance management, HR strategy, leadership and talent, and change management.
Since joining BCG in 1999, Eddy has worked with top companies and conglomerates across key sectors of the Indonesian economy, such as financial services, telecommunications, industrial goods, and consumer goods. He led the firm’s Jakarta office from 2008 to 2014. He has also engaged in assignments across Southeast Asia, the US, and Europe.
Before joining BCG, Eddy worked for Bristol-Myers Squibb in production planning and inventory control, and for Warner Lambert as an industrial engineer.
