Emilio Lapiello is a member of BCG GAMMA and the Marketing, Sales & Pricing and Consumer practices at Boston Consulting Group. He focuses on applying data science and quantitative solutions to marketing and operations. He works with clients to identify real-world business challenges and solve them by providing data-driven solutions at scale. Emilio is currently involved in several projects covering consumer marketing strategy and operations optimization. 

Emilio leads large digital transformations and marketing, sales, and pricing and optimization projects for BCG GAMMA, the firm’s advanced analytics and data science division. He has worked with clients in travel, fashion, consumer packaged goods, media, and quick service restaurants, driving both business value and data science innovation by applying artificial intelligence and machine learning techniques to solve their business problems. 

Before he joined the firm, Emilio was VP of Advanced Analytics and Strategy at DataXu (now part of Roku). He is a co-founder of BCG Cares.
