Emmanuel Huet



Emmanuel Huet is a member of The Boston Consulting Group's Consumer, Marketing, Sales & Pricing, and Strategy practices. He is also the lead expert for BCG's Center for Customer Insight in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

When he joined the firm in 1995, Emmanuel focused on the consumer and retail industries, primarily in the areas of consumer insight and research and consumer marketing strategies.

In 2007, he set up and led BCG's Center for Customer Insight, which organizes and supervises all consumer- and customer-research activities here. He now serves as an expert principal in consumer and customer insight across industries and locations.

Emmanuel has deep and wide expertise in both qualitative and quantitative consumer and customer research. His client experience includes assessing the growth potential of product categories, researching the needs and attitudes of retail shoppers, and designing and executing full qualitative and quantitative research programs.

Before BCG, Emmanuel worked in brand- and marketing-management positions for Procter & Gamble in France and Groupe SEB in the US.
