Emmanuel Nazarenko joined Boston Consulting Group in 2000 and is a core member of the firm’s Energy practice. He works throughout the energy sector with water, power, and gas utilities and with oil and gas companies.

Emmanuel has undertaken important assignments in oil and gas, focusing on reorganization and transformation as well as sustainable cost reduction, such as for offshore assets.

In utilities, he has engaged in major strategy and transformation projects—for example, helping a leading European utility formulate a liquefied-natural-gas strategy by developing its innovation capabilities, as well as setting up significant HR transformation initiatives.

Emmanuel has also worked on many projects in the public sector. He helped the French ministry of public works and transportation design and implement the full restructuring of the French roads sector.
